概要

I did (MS/M.phil) in Human Resource Management from Riphah International University Islamabad (Pakistan) in 2018.I did BBA (Hons-HRM) from Azad Jammu and Kashmir university in 2012. I am working as HR Executive at IIMC-T Pakistan Railway General Hospital Rawalpindi. Beside this I worked As Senior HR officer in IIMCT, Pakistan Railway Hospital Rawalpindi.
I also worked with BGP Pakistan (China National Petroleum Corporation) International as Senior Field HR Assistant. I have over five year’s professional working experience on key positions of HR.

• Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates.
• Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
