• Lead the successful opening of flagship store in PWD market, and achieved 30% growth for two consecutive years
• Current annual turnover is 230 Mio with a team of 25 resources
• Implemented inventory control measures which help in reducing inventory shrinkages to .01 %
• Focused customer service and feedbacks has helped in attaining 74% customer sales conversion and increasing purchase bucket by PKR 1,000
• Conducting 12 capability development sessions for store team on product knowledge and customer service which helped in reducing product complains by 3%
• Initiated combo base visual merchandizing for apparel sections which helped in increasing product flush out by 10% and this later replicated on national level
Outlet Manager
EDEN ROBE is very famous apparel based brand in Pakistan. They launched Men & kids collection initially & now they are launching Ladies collection as well. They are also working at Furor Men casual brand which will be separate brand around 2020.
I have been part of Eden Robe from April-13 to Jan-15. Mostly i was involved in opening new outlets & support Area Manager to functionalize properly new stores.Below are stores details which We opened & operate successfully.
