She is Social Activist and development worker. She has more than 12 years worked experience in Social and development sector. Her goal is to enhance the capacity of her development skill and her abilities to perform her job accordingly. She has strong network with non-profit organizations and institution regarding Social Mobilization and Livelihood. She has qualified Bachelor's of Arts (BA) from University of Balochistan as a Regular student. She is being worked as a District Livelihood officer in Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP) funded project of EU and PPAF and Senior Social Organizer in Tameer e Khalq Foundation (TKF).
Under the direct supervision of District Communication officer, the Community mobilizer is expected to:
Educate community members about the importance of polio vaccination, its benefits, and the risks of non-vaccination & Raise awareness about polio prevention and the importance of timely immunization to protect children from the disease & Ensure that polio messaging is inclusive and respectful of all community members.
Engage with parents, caregivers, and community leaders to promote the significance of vaccination and encourage participation.
Participate in door-to-door visits to identify and register households with children eligible for vaccination.
Ensure that every household in the designated area is informed about vaccination dates and locations.
Mobilize community members to participate in vaccination drives, ensuring high turnout and coverage.
Ensure that all eligible children, including those in hard-to-reach or underserved areas, are vaccinated.
Use culturally appropriate communication strategies to dispel rumors and misinformation.
Work closely with health teams and local leaders to resolve conflicts or concerns raised by resistant groups.
Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities, including the number of households visited, individuals reached, and children vaccinated.
Report on any challenges, barriers, or cases of refusal encountered during mobilization efforts.
Share feedback from the community with program supervisors to improve future vaccination campaigns.
Work closely with health workers, vaccination teams, and program coordinators to ensure smooth implementation of polio campaigns.
Support health teams in reaching target populations, especially in areas with low vaccination coverage.
Coordinate with other community mobilizers to ensure comprehensive coverage of the assigned area.
Monitor vaccination coverage in the community & follow up with families who missed the initial vaccination rounds & Ensure that community mobilization efforts align with government policies and health guidelines.
Identify and address any gaps in vaccination coverage and ensure follow-up campaigns reach missed children.
Ensure that defaulters (children who missed vaccination) are reached and vaccinated in future rounds.
Attend community meetings, health forums, and coordination meetings to represent the polio program.
Use culturally appropriate messaging and tools to engage different segments of the community, including women, elders, and religious groups.
Under the direct supervision of Program Manager, the Livelihood Officer is expected to:
Design and implement livelihood programs that support income generation, skills development, and economic resilience & Develop work plans, set goals, and establish timelines for livelihood projects, ensuring they align with the overall program objectives.
Coordinate and monitor the delivery of livelihood interventions, such as vocational training, micro-enterprises, cash-for-work programs, and agricultural support & Conduct needs assessments and market analyses to understand the economic conditions, skills gaps, and employment opportunities within the target community.
Ensure that the livelihood programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of the community, including vulnerable groups such as women, youth, and displaced populations.
Organize and facilitate training sessions to build the skills of beneficiaries in areas such as entrepreneurship, vocational trades, financial literacy, and agriculture.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to individuals and groups to help them start or grow their businesses.
Ensure that participants have access to relevant tools, resources, and support needed to succeed in their livelihood activities & Assist beneficiaries in developing business plans, identifying markets, and improving product quality and service delivery.
Manage project resources, including budget planning and financial tracking, to ensure efficient use of funds & accountability & Prepare regular progress reports on livelihood activities for internal use, donors, & stakeholders & Ensure that all livelihood activities comply with donor requirements and organizational policies.
Document success stories, lessons learned, and challenges to inform future programming and improve program design & Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, activities, and outcomes for auditing and reporting purposes & Work to address any cultural or societal barriers that prevent equal access to livelihood opportunities.
Ensure that livelihood programs are inclusive and accessible to all segments of the community, including women, youth, people with disabilities, and marginalized groups & Promote gender-sensitive approaches in all aspects of livelihood programming, including training, business development, and resource allocation.
In emergency settings, design and implement livelihood recovery programs that help communities restore income-generating activities disrupted by conflict, natural disasters, or displacement.
Under the direct supervision of Livelihood Coordinator, the DLO is expected to:
• Develop monthly & quarterly work plans of livelihood activities at district level with consultation of senior program officer livelihood.
• Help Community Resource Persons (CRP) in development of their respective Union Council work plans.
• Help SOs/CRPs in Identification /assessment of beneficiaries through Poverty Score Card as Baseline at district level.
• Provide help in the processes of Construction of Livelihood investment plans with the target group by CRPs.
• Assist to prepare and verify business plans.
• Communicate regularly with and report to Senior Programme Officer
• Collect & Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning project related data.
• The LEP Officer will compile monthly and quarterly reports and submit the reports to the SPO.
• Provide support to CRPs for identification of training beneficiaries.
• Facilitate and arrange trainings/Seminars/Workshops & assets provision at community level.
• Produce success stories of the project periodically (at least 02 monthly).
• Effectively coordinate with the support section to maintain the pace of project implementation
• Develop multimedia presentations of livelihood related progress at district level.
• Keep regular contact with livelihood beneficiaries.
• Supervise and collect primary & secondary data of the identified UC as far as sectors in the district areas.
• Supervise and conduct baseline surveys /KAP/Rapid assessment/ PSC in the target areas.
• Support and ensure making contacts with local communities to organize local population in the most appropriate forms of organization (in the given situational context).
• Overall responsible for the social mobilization i.e. formulations of CO, VO and LSO.
• Supervise and provide support in conduction of awareness raising campaigns and community meetings on different sectors that are envisaged in the programme components.
• Play active role to plan and organize trainings for the local leaders and community members as far as social activists on different themes that are envisaged in the programme components at district level.
• Play active role to facilitate the VOs and LSOs in developing Village Development Plans as far as Union Council Development Plans through participatory approaches by ensuring the women needs in these plans.
• To manage BRSP interventions other than social mobilization activities under all projects.
• Support and facilitate CIs to develop their linkages with line departments and NGO/INGOs.
• Play vital role to supervise the SMTs to keep appropriate records in soft and hard at district and community level for all conducted activities/trainings/meetings.
• At least 70% of his working days will be utilized in the field and based on the learning from field visits, exchanging ideas and experiences with subordinates and management for improvements.
• Responsible to prepare monthly/weekly/daily work plans of staff and CRPs.
• Writing Daily Dairies personal field visits, consent of CSO should be ensured on these diaries as far as further check SOs daily dairies and suggest improvement. Keep all record in hard.

Under the direct supervision of District Coordinator, the Senior Social Organizer is expected to:
· Mobilize communities, and other key stakeholders for conservation and management of natural resources in the coastal areas of Chaman Schools.
· Facilitate formation of appropriate village level conservation forums (CBOs) for co implementation of the project activities.
· Facilitate registration process of newly established CBOs; & conduct regular meetings with local CBOs, maintain and keep meeting records.
· Facilitate in development of Mangroves Management Units (MMUs) and village management plan and implementation in the field.
· Collect and compile baseline information on socio-economic of the project area.
· Facilitate the field team in conducting field surveys, resource need assessments and participatory appraisals in the project sites at required districts;
· Keep close coordination and liaison with field team, communities and partners and assist all in data collection from the field.
· Help the technical staff in organizing community meetings, workshops and campaigns.
· Take lead in resolution and management of the relevant community conflicts over common resource utilization in the project area.
· Help build linkages of the project community and local institutions with partner organizations, donor agencies and development players, working both in and outside the project area.
· Organize training and exposure to improve knowledge and skill of the project communities and partners in sustainable natural resource management.
· Document and share lessons learnt, achievements and successes from the field.
· Prepare site specific activities related work plans in accordance with the project outputs and in consultation with Project Manager.
· Supervise day-to-day implementation of the project activities related to the field work, their monitoring and reporting progress to the Field manager regularly.
· Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor(s).
