Research and identify new portfolio opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products & services, and new ways of reaching existing markets
Partnership Management
Conduct market research to find answers about customer requirements and market trends
Conduct & organize product trainings to Sales & Services team
Liaison and co-ordination of training activities with Principal
Understand and effectively presents and delivers presentations on the products, features and benefits to new and prospective clients as well as internal clients to promote sales and product development
Effectively collects product feature requests into user story formats.
Maintain complete documentations of Program related activities
