It was a remarkable experience working with highly professional teams of telecom network experts. My communication and management skills get polished through an extensive group leading practices and responsibilities, This has resulted in professional competency in managerial and technical aspects of systems. My daily routine tasks included:
Reviewing of Technical Site Survey Reports.Preparation of Site Acceptance Forms for new/upgraded sites.Coordination with customer and site engineer to resolve issues.Analysis of Pre and Post Drive Test plots for 2G, 3G, 4G networks.Verification of Point Testings and parameters.Documentation and preparation of Audit Reports of the sites.Plus I took trainings & hand-on workshops on Radio Network Optimization as well.
