 Responsible to prepare annual budget of the VTI and processing of reallocation request.
 Maintain up to date books of accounts and records including MORA Stipend record.
 Responsible for preparation and timely submission of financial reports to Area Office & PVTC.
 Assist Principal to open and operate bank accounts of MORA stipend, VTI account and Grant in Aid account.
 Responsible for transfer of monthly MORA stipend to the account of trainees.
 Responsible for collection of fee from trainees and to deposit the same in to VTI bank accounts.
 Handling petty cash and maintaining day to day banking functions including bank reconciliation statement and cash disbursements.
 Up-dation of relevant data in MIS portal on daily basis.
 Responsible for conduct of annual external audit of VTI.
 Assist the Principal in administrative matters of VTI (Recruitment of VTI Staff, Discipline, House Keeping, Security etc.).
 Assist the Principal in procurement and purchases for VTI as per rules, regulation and procedure.
 Maintains attendance records, leave record and personals files of VTI Staff.
 Maintains fixed assets register, stores & inventory records, log books of vehicles/equipment.
 Ensure that tasks are being delivered / performed accurately, completely and timely.
 Conduct other assignments and investigations as required by Principal/Head Office.
