My duties are very important amp I play a major role in the success of organization. I plan effective strategies to ensure the profit amp financial well being of my company. I work closely with other departments amp plan the long term as well as the short term goals.
I also maintain discipline in the office amp setting the rules amp regulations for employees to maximize their output amp making the financial decisions of purchase of items amp managing budget. I also implement new techniques amp rules to help employees improve their performance. I satisfy customers through correctly determining the problems with their vehicles amp repairing them in a timely amp cost-effective manner. I also initiate keeping our shop clean amp operating safely amp in accordance with local, state amp federal guidelines regarding hazardous materials handling amp disposal.
I also consist of tasks of managing payrolls of staff amp properly organizing fiscal documents. I also play role in advertising, distribution amp marketing of parts amp services.
I also consist of representing the company at different places such as conferences, meetings, seminars etc. I also work with the legal associates for the advancement amp protection of the company plans.
