Responsibilities
1-Account Opening Department From 14/07/2012 to date
Responsible to guide customers about BAL products, bank's policies and requirements regarding different types of accounts.
Replying to customer's queries regarding account opening forms cheque book issuance etc.
Account opening/scrutiny of Account Opening form, receipt of initial deposit, input into the system, generation of account number.
To make sure that required KYC documentation, as required under prudential regulations, is obtained, properly kept in record and fed into the system.
To ensure that all specimen signature cards are scanned properly
Issuance of miscellaneous certificates.
Maintain data of Zakat, Zakat declaration forms, Hold mail, dormant accounts and undelivered mail as per prescribed procedures.
Responsible to process and check that all cheque books are delivered in time without any printing error.
Responsible for all account closing as per prescribed procedure and to make sure that applicable charges are deducted and profit (if any) is paid before closure.
Responsible to properly record/file account opening forms as per requirements of Bank's Operational Manual.
Dormant account activation.
Pre dormant letters, dormant Letters, Zero balance letter, Account closed letters record maintaining.
TDR issuance premature encashment of TDR.
Issuance of check books on Form B.
Handling of Deceased account, payments to legal heirs record maintenance.
ATM cards application initiation solution of Debit, Credit Cards Client issues.
Maintaining record of Stop payments reconcile the record as per bank policy.
Additional assignment to look after IT department of branch.
Back up to Manager Operations.
Power of Attorney Holder.

2-Remittances Department. From 02/04/2012 to 13/07/2012
Demand Draft (DD) and Pay Order.
On-Line funds transfer.
Telegraphic funds transfer.
CDR Issuance.
IBCA issuance responding.
3-Clearing Department.
Clearing inward clearing outward.
OBC lodgement, originating, responding.
IBC lodgement, originating, responding.
4-Marketing Department.
Generate the new customers.
Relationship with customer.
Maximum deposit and financing.
Introduce the new product.

5- Recovery/Collection Department 16/03/2009 to 01/04/2012

Responsible to achieve assigned daily monthly targets in order to restrict Forward Flow. Adherence to the policies and procedures.
To recognize the category of account and strategize Inbound/ Outbound calls to and from customers communicating the collection proceedings, prevent future delinquencies, create awareness and educate the clients regarding the necessity of paying and consequences if not.
Make all efforts to contact the client, including investigations for new contact details, and to recover the amounts in default.
To handle delinquent customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.
Follow the daily productivity targets and deadlines as established and communicated by the Collection Manager / Team Leader according to the volume of activity, desired productivity results and workload capacity.
To create a professional and friendly environment providing fast, flexible and efficient service to our customers.
Reporting daily activity to Head Office.
Insure all installments of loans are timely collected.
