-Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
-Responsible for maintaining new hires data in ERP Software.
-Continually educate employees on company policies.

-Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
-Monitor office supplies, inventory and place orders.
-Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

-Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
-Assure timely and accurate invoicing.
