Ms. Farhat Fairy is Masters in Sociology from University of Sindh and she has more than seven years of professional experience working with different national and international organizations. She has compiled dozens of reports, case studies and concept notes for different organizations and donor agencies. Ms. Fairy started her professional career working as Project officer in Hope and Transformation against Poverty she lead all project activities of education project she has a vast experience of working on Gender Based Violence, Womens Rights, Women Empowerment and Disaster Resilience and Response. Ms. Farhat also then worked with Sindh Education Foundation as Program Officer in foundations leading program Promoting Private Schooling in Rural Sindh PPRS. Presently she is working as Project Officer in Community World Service Asia. Besides this professional experience she has expertise in training and development, proposal writing, making case studies and developing concept notes.
Formulating evaluative resources to guide fieldwork.
Inspecting delivery sites to ascertain the appropriateness of contemporary conditions.
Conferring with project beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate uptake, pitfalls, and areas necessitating expansion.
Responsible for planning and proper execution of project activities at district level.
Monitor and support project/field team in proper execution of the project.
Execute a viable communication plan to communicate and coordinate with school management.
Maintain and update manual and computerized records of all information pertaining to schools.
Prepare documentation and report key program activities on timely and regular basis.
Responsible to develop case studies at school level and develop strong liaison with communities.

As part of team facilitate budgeting, approvals, disbursements of various components of the program aligned to program outcomes and in coordination with education department

Responsible to participate in workshops making material related to gender-based violence.
Conduct training of staff on gender-based violence back ground and laws regarding GBV.
Capacity buildings of government and other stakeholders regarding gender-based violence and its prevention.
Act as the focal point for all Gender-related issues in program targeted areas.
Maintain strong liaison with all stakeholders of the district.
Organizing seminars for sensitizing project of gender-based violence in the distirct to create awareness on GBV.
