To provide Technical support to the Electronic logging device for truckers across North America.
Troubleshooting the Electronic logging device in case it is unable to perform its core functions. Looking through the software provided at the backend and going through details and messages received to determine if there is a malfunction and if it is then the type and whether it can be resolved on a call or has to be escalated to an engineering department. Going through extensive steps in order to resolve and troubleshoot the device issues and escalating to engineering for further checks.
Guiding Truck drivers about their compliance-related daily logs and resolving their issues in relation to connectivity, automatically recorded driving events, and manually recorded driving events and their duty statuses. Going through the entire keeptruckin APP with the drivers and explaining the features and guiding them to use the APP.
Guiding the Fleet Administrators about their dashboard usage and daily operations in relation to managing their fleet of trucks and drivers and managing operations in relation to their dashboards.
