Managing the Nationwide Roll-out of NSER-BISP Survey IT, Administration & Finance departments at District level. Leading IT and administrative team (10+ employs) in whole district. Training the field staff about CAPI system and supporting them in daily issues. Ensuring the perfectly working(hardware/software) of tablets and system.Some major responsibilities are:1.Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations2.Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance3.Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures4.Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems5.
