BaazGasht Real Estate Marketing is a startup business concepts a comprehensive, well-planned and extensively managed project having 2-dimensional operational design with 2 business modules i.e., Real Estate Management and Real Estate Marketing.

• manage creative and production teams to develop media strategies, like selecting appropriate social channel,
determining timing, placement of materials estimating costs;
• working with the client and the account team to understand the client\'s business objectives and advertising strategy
for successful and timely completion of projects;
• liaising with the creative agency team, clients and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns;
• making decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaign;
• identifying target audiences and analyzing their characteristics, behavior and media habits;
• determine goals, establish budgets recommendations, presenting proposals, to clients.

- availability for all of the recruiting events held on board, regularly scheduled and impromptu tours, and special events
