Major responsibilities include Processing Accounts and Maintenance of Individual, Sole Proprietorship ACs and Entity A/Cs while ensuring the completion of all the required formalities and accurate feeding of Customer Demographic as per Regulatory Requirements.Coordination with Centralized Operations for resolution of discrepancies related to AOFs and maintenance.Scrutiny and Supervision of Account Opening Forms and their Archival, CNIC verification using NADRA Verysis or Biometric, Specimen Signature Card scanning and provision of guidance to branch as per SBP guidelines and Banks own standards.Providing support to the branch by managing core branch functions for servicing customers in accordance with the highest standards of service quality of the bank. Responsible for the day-to-day interaction with customers of a fast-paced branch. Act as the primary contact person and to resolve operations issues as they arise. As the operations person for the customer they are positioned to proactively execute on the concepts developed by the Branch Manager with minimal supervision. Analyzing customer needs in order to cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services and develops new business through referrals and existing clients. Instrumental as a liaison with other internal departments to provide the operational excellence to customers. Outstanding Analytical Skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

Ensuring Brand standards, Food Safety Standards and Local Standards in Restaurant Operations Compliance Check (Audit), Daily Sales Report and Daily Variance Report sharing with Top Management. Ensuring Guest Recovery using PLEASE (Politely Listen, Express Apology and Satisfy with extra) tool and Customer Relationship Management for WOW Experience of Customers.
