•Observed and studied the functioning of an entire steam power plant and all its flow circuits (Feed-water and Steam Circuit, Coal and Ash Circuit, Air and Flue Gas Circuit, and Cooling Water Circuit).
•Designed a new modified roller for the Coal Conveyor belt to prevent it from further wreaking, caused by previous rollers.
•Installation of two units of Air Water Cooled Water Chillers (198 tons):
•Oversaw the entire project including its designing (P&ID + Detailed drawings), planning and execution.
•Formed a BOQ and coordinated with the procurement team for required materials (Gate valves, reducers, NRV, pressure gauges, pipelines, U-channels for support, etc.)
•Drew P&ID drawings of plant areas as per built on AutoCAD
• Observed the operating mechanism of assembly plant and working of various components of engine.
• Studied various types of production and assembly lines and proposed safety measurements for workers.
• Worked in MEP Department; performed mainly supervisory work.
• Observed and studied about working of devices like FCU, AHU, calorifier, boilers and tools related to plumbing.
• Detected the issues in equipment and accordingly implemented the best available solution by concern team.
