1.       Understanding technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
2.       Planning, managing and supervising construction activities with the help of computer software, project management skills & tactics.
3.       Coordination between client, consultant, contractor, project management and other involves parties.
4.       Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and execution problems.
5.       Compiling checking, approving and submission of reports.
6.       Correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety requirements prior to final evolution and project reviews.
7.       You will be responsible to look after the works according to the drawing with quality, timely submission of Shop / As-Build Drawings, Material Submittals, Material requisitions and Progress Reports.

Project : PENTA SQUARE LAHORE
1.       Manage all the documentation with sub-contractors, client and consultant
2.       Monitor and promote health and safety, if required stop the construction work.
3.       Monitor all MEP activities to ensure quality and progress.
4.       Make progress report on daily basis and report to MEP manager if any delay occurred.
5.       Review technical submittal, check their specification according to given schedule and submit to consultant for approval.
6.       Create required material demand for incoming work to avoid delay in progress
7.       Approval for material demand from procurement department.
8.       Monitor and ensure equipment delivery at site on time.
9.       Create inspection request and arrange site inspection for consultant.
10.   Inspect subcontractor payment request prior to work done.
11.   All the Documentation and meetings related to bill approval from client and consultant.
