Delivered 5-star, in-person support to our ~17000 driver-partners.
Walked driver-partners through the onboarding process and all the tools they need to be successful on the Uber platform
Helped ~9000 existing driver-partners troubleshoot any issues they experience (i.e. a delayed payment)
Impact:
Worked closely with cross-functional teams like Operations, Product, and Marketing teams in various beyond support projects, like launching a Remote support model across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, Driver supply acquisition, Driver proactive outreach campaigns, and Driver engagement.
Helped cross-functional teams with building processes, quality assurance, developing KPIs, and support logic for the projects.
Manage data analytics and reporting to help teams make data-driven decisions using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.
