My Responsibilities :
• During inspection, performed Adulteration Tests of milk through Mobile testing lab
• Conduct Tests to ensure quality of dairy products during inspection
• Organize & Report test results
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards & evaluate results
• Coordinating with head office , updating statuses of the Raids
• Rectification of labeling issues of Milk Brands
• Inspection & Rectification of processing SOP's
• E-licensing of Dairy premises & Milk collection centers
• Maintenance & Compilation of monthly inspection records
