• “Managing franchise network, resolving issues regarding stocks.
• Fulfilling the demands of business partners (franchisee),
• Assigning sales targets to all outlets,
• Plans different strategies to enhance sales and profits,
• Run Advertising campaigns, construct different strategies to pull customers to enhance sales,
• Do market Analysis and target Areas for the opening of new Franchises
• Advertise through print Media, Social Media and other marketing tactics such as SMS marketing for the advertisement of opportunity for new franchises.
• Receive inquires,
• Meet clients and provide them all information regarding product range,
• Visit various cities to finalize the location for client,
• Annalise Customer behavior according to various location as it is different each city,

• Provide Architectural Designs and team for the renovation purpose of their outlets after maturing the deal with client.
• Remain in Coordination with Area Managers and Regional managers through strong follow up.
• Before opening of new shop it is essential to ensure Training of staff, branding of shop Promotional activities, Event management etc. all has been done properly.
• Remain in coordination with our business partners (franchisee) for the smooth execution of day to day operations.”
