Handle's the cash management system within branch to take payments from the customer and to make payment to customer's.Cancellation all cheques and other instruments after proper scrutiny.Reconciliation all transactions at the end of the day.Ensure transactions and activity report accurate and complete.Ensure adherence to all regularly guideline while making/receive payment.Handle's all customers request in timely manner looks ways to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.ATM ReplacementEnsure that the instrument for payment is in order/valid and carry on defectMaintain the balance petty cash voucher on monthly basisBalancing the cash book before leaving the seat temporarily during the day at the day end.Lodgement of outward clearing instrument and scrutiny of inward clearing.Ensure that the stop payment instruction are properly marked and documented.Ensure establishment and maintenance of the strong rapport with clients.Ensure post sale service to the client.Back up of CSO
Responsible for smooth functioning of all branches including administration, marketing, training, lending and security2. Formulate viable business development strategies to ensure long-term success and achievement of goals.3. Arranging approvals of product with cash or installment and increasing branch portfolio towards ENR Growth.4. Actively handle customer complaints and ensure every query of the customer is addressed appropriately.5. Act as administrative head of the branch and must closely observe security related issues of the branch6. Must be responsible for profitability of the branch7. Encourage non-cash collection and instruct SRO/SO to avoid contact with activist8. Responsible for handling petty cash9. Cash and stock reconciliation in branch 10. Under take the cash withdrawals and deposit from the customers according to the assigned limits.
Ensure that the cash is sorted and managed according to the clean note policy.
Accept inward / outward clearing instruments & process on the system accordingly.
Meeting the ICFR standards and reporting, as well as keeping all the processes, DTLs, and reports in auditable mode.
Reconcile the daily cash balances as per the system reports and Cash vault register. 3/4
Custodian of the branch vault / shutter keys as and when required.
Arrange the collaterals for the closed accounts and ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
Daily reconciliation of Easy Paisa (Merchant Portal) / UBP transactions.
Ensure compliance with prudential, KYC and other regulatory requirements.
Work as a backup of CSO with all responsibilities as defined when needed.
Work as backup of OM with all responsibilities as and when required.
Assist Operations Manager in dealing with miscellaneous operation assignments.

Handling customer for Branch / Branchless Banking account opening and its related process.
Providing loan processing and disbursal services to the customers.
Complete customers due diligence and managing KYC.
Custodian of secure instruments like ATM cards, Cheque book , AOF records
Executing branchless banking transaction including but not limited to easy paisa, mobile wallet, pension remittance etc.
Responsible for the Maintenance of all kinds of correspondence, circulars, etc
Review and monitor the service indicators assigned to the branch and take effective steps for its achievement.
Guide the walk in customers for loans to the sales office.
Guide prospective deposit customers in terms of products and rates and forward them to OM / BM in case of need.
Conducting NADRA verysis and CIB before loan disbursal and NADRA verysis for deposit customer before deposit a/c opening.
All staff work pertaining to Customer Services at the branch.
To act as a coordinator for all communications between the staff within the branch and head office.
Entire inventory of Fixed Assets in the branch is verified by physical check once a year & fixed asset register are reconciled.
To ensure that leave register is maintained.
Orientation of the ATM for the usage by a customer.
Ensure the up keep and the maintenance of the branch at all times.
Be the owner of the administrative support to the branch needs in terms of the staff facilities and customer management.
Assisting operation manager to complete the record, inventory management, book keeping & reporting at different levels.
Act as a backup of Cash officer as and when required.
Efficient handling of collateral keys at the time of disbursal.
Custodian of shutter and vault keys of FCs and Branch as and when required.
Any other responsibility assigned by OM/BM .
