Qualification & Relevant Experience:
(M.Sc 7 years) / (B.Sc Civil; 10 years)
Construction Supervision & Management: experience related of bulk earthwork, Road works and Culverts.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the client’s Employer on behalf of the client and respond to queries.
- Communicate with the site manager/ construction teams and assist with planning of the construction activities. This would include materials, forecasting material requirements, procurement requirement/plant and equipment required and sub-contract management.
- Assigning construction teams to various project components.
- Be able to attend meetings/deal with the client.
- Be a point of contact for the client/ sub-contractors to assist with the progression of works
- Updating project execution plan and work schedule.
- Assist with inputting information/duration works activities
