Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships for raw materials such as cardboard, plastic, or paper.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials for packaging operations.
- Oversee the warehousing and storage of packaging materials and finished goods.
- Monitor transportation, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure on-time delivery.
- Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to optimize cost and performance.
- Analyze supply chain performance using KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan for inventory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Strong understanding of procurement, production, and distribution in a packaging context.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain management software and ERP systems
