Accounts Executive (Booking)

OZ Developers (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Executive for Booking to join our company. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in finance and accounting. As an accounts executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records and managing financial transactions for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all financial aspects of property bookings, including rental payments, commission calculations, and invoice generation. You will collaborate closely with our agents and property managers to ensure seamless financial operations, provide financial analysis and reporting, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage financial transactions for property bookings

• Generate invoices and manage rental payments

• Calculate agent commissions accurately

• Monitor and reconcile bank statements

• Conduct financial analysis and produce reports for management

• Ensure compliance with accounting and industry regulations

• Support agents and property managers with financial inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
