Call Center Agent

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with US-based businesses over the phone and offer them digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses.
Present and promote digital marketing services including SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and other related services.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services.
Deal with the customers efficiently and close the sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Additionally, possess a comprehensive understanding of tracking and recording call data to effectively monitor and evaluate performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
