• Must have done BBA/ MBA from a reputable institute

• 7-8 years of relevant experience as Business Operations Manager

• Candidates already working in the Export Processing Zone will be given a preference

• Must be able to oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency

• Manage visa processes and ensure compliance with immigration laws

• Must be able to manage hotel bookings and travel arrangements for employees and guests

• Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction.

• Must be able to provide support in Recruitment, Training & Development

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

• Assist in developing business strategies and plans

• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities

• Must be able to lead and manage a team effectively
