You will be the frontline contact for our customers, helping to drive sales and ensure a positive user experience. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and relevant departments as necessary.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Strong English Communication (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
