Requirements

Degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience entry level
Excellent active listening, and negotiation skills
Organized and efficient in daily tasks

Responsibilities

Writing job description of existing and new job vacancies
Participating in the recruitment and selection process
Participation in overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system
Maintaining pay plan of the employees

It is a two months unpaid internship program leading to a Full-Time Permanent job depending upon the candidate's performance.
