Customer Support Specialist

Omega Tech Solutions is seeking a driven and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team to increase sales, grow our customer base Internationally and contribute to company's rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

Generate Sales from new and on-going customer within allocated time limit from portfolio
Handle all inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Track all sales activities in company system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Requirements:

1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an international campaign.
Fluent in verbal and written English communication skills
Customer-focused with skill in empathy, patience, and conflict resolution.
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply with good English communication skills.
