Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Produce high-quality designs for various media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, posters, and presentations.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team and other departments to develop concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives.
Client and Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
File Preparation: Prepare and optimize final design files for print and digital delivery, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Feedback Integration: Take constructive feedback from peers and stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance the creative output.
Time Management: Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and deliver designs on schedule.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other design software (Figma, Sketch, Canva, etc.).
Creativity and Attention to Detail: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Typography: Knowledge of typography principles and how to use type effectively in various design projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present design concepts clearly and collaborate with team members.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including both print and digital design samples.

Desirable Skills:

Motion Graphics/Video Editing: Experience with animation or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Print Production: Understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and press specifications.
Social Media Design: Experience creating engaging social media content and ads.
