We are seeking an organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management
Handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
Oversee and manually record employee attendance
Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
Ensuring security protocols
Facilitate smooth visitor interactions, maintaining a log of sign-ins and sign-outs.
Managing the meeting room schedule to prevent overlaps.
Manage incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries or redirecting to the appropriate department.
Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management.

Requirements:

Exceptional Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional appearance and should have customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management skills.

Note: Male candidate will be preferred.
