As an Accountant at NovaSole, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and post journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Assist with audits and financial analysis
Requirements:
1Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (Excel etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial planning and analysis.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with financial reporting tools.
