- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations & company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations & industry standards.
- Act as a liaison between the company and agents, facilitating smooth communication and coordination in English.
- Respond to inquiries from agents and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve trade-related issues and provide support as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Management.
- Handling day to day assigned tasks by department.
