Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure quality control.
- Manage labor and resources, and oversee project planning.
- Ensure safety compliance and report project progress.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and meet project deadlines.
- Travel to rural areas as needed.
Qualifications:
- DAE in Civil Engineering, 3-5 years experience.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, Word; AutoCAD is a plus.
- Experience in estimation, quality control, and planning.
- Ethical behavior and willingness to travel.
