We are a well-reputed group of companies seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager in our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, procedures and other related tasks to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics, including turnover, retention, and employee engagement
  • Other related departmental tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or higher degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
