Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding promptly to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Assisting with the setup and deployment of new devices, including computers, printers, and mobile devices
Monitoring and maintaining IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and assisting with procurement as needed
CCTV & Server setup, mentoring and backup
Printer tonner change and refill
Photocopier service
Telephone exchange
Wi-Fi devises daily base check
Vendor contact, telephone, photocopier, cameras
Quickbooks server
Domain controller
CRM server
Mail server
Domain hosting website
Internet bill, wateen,ptcl,
Management of personal Wi-Fi devices recharge and update package
TGR email
