Skills, Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications/skills/experience:

Local or foreign law degree (LLB or above) from a reputable local or foreign institute.
Preferably have 2-3 years of experience in the field of immigration. Experienced candidates will be given preference. Experience in immigration field is not absolutely essential and dedicated candidates without immigration experience will be considered if they hold exceptional academic record and/or proven experience in any other area of law.
Candidates without a law degree who hold a Bachelor's or Masters Degree will also be considered if they hold significant and exceptional experience in immigration field.
Excellent written and spoken English Language skills are a must.

Job Description

Taking instructions from clients and conducting case work.
Ensure that the information provided by clients is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Be able to help the client for the documentation required.
Must take full responsibility of all operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client care.
