- Leading the development and daily delivery of academic and co-curricular programs of excellence to ensure students achieve the best possible learning outcomes
- Management of curriculum compliance to meet external requirements and ensure best practice.
- Development of annual improvement strategies.
- Management of all staff to nurture collegiality, improved practice and communication.
- Leading campus community relations activities and communication including promotion of the campus for enrollment growth .
- To oversee a marketing staff and work beside campus officials to organize promotional events and build interest in-school programs
Qualification: MA/MS 7-10 years of experience
