We are seeking experienced call center agents for a reputable organization.This role requires the ability to work night shifts (6:00 pm – 4:00 am)
Job Responsibilities:
Conducting various tasks, including contacting leads, presenting offers, negotiating terms, closing sales, verifying data, resolving issues, and following up with customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in communication, persuasion, negotiation, industry knowledge, customer service, and technical skills.
