Customer Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling our dispatching services to potential customers. The role involves answering customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our services.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is a plus
Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
