Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chats.
- Basic video editing
- Process orders and manage customer transactions

Requirements:
- Freshers or 1 years of sales experience (online sales a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
