Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers through phone calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Maintain and update customer information in the database.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the market's potential, and track sales and status reports.
Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
Coordinate with the marketing department to optimize marketing strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

Experienced Sales Representatives or similar sales/customer service roles are preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics & Nutrition, Marketing, MBBS, or a related field.
Proficiency in English, and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the skincare or healthcare sector.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
