- Ensure IT services are available 24x7x365.
- Manage and monitor LAN and WAN Network Infrastructure.
- Ensure internet services is available for users with zero down time.
- Assist in managing virtual server environment.
- Ensure security of network while providing services to remote and VPN users.
- Maintain security logs, alerts and graphs
- Share activity report twice a day.
- Update firmware and patches and maintain logs.
- Monitor BMS, CCTV and PRTG regularly and raise complaints if there is any issue
- Maintain backup of critical servers and test restoration every month through drill.
- Provide support to group companies for their day to day tasks and during their visit at ITRC.
- Ensure equipment backup is available, whenever required.
- Assist in developing and maintaining ITRC dashboard for ISP connectivity, firewall logs, user activities, VPN connections and server health check.
- Ensure governance documents are maintained and updated.
