We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is primarily focused on outdoor marketing activities for our projects across multiple cities in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services directly to potential clients, building relationships, and increasing brand visibility through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outdoor Marketing and Sales Promotion: Conduct outdoor activities to promote our projects, such as distributing promotional material, setting up displays, and creating brand awareness in public spaces.
  • Lead Generation and Customer Engagement: Approach and engage potential customers in targeted areas, answer questions, and generate interest in our projects.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, communities, and key stakeholders to create new opportunities.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide daily and weekly reports on activities, market trends, customer feedback, and opportunities to the marketing manager.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at outdoor events, exhibitions, and other marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract clients.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets set by the management.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outdoor sales and marketing, preferably in services sector.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and English, with the ability to engage customers confidently.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present information and promotional material in an engaging manner.
  • Energetic and Outgoing Personality: A highly energetic individual who is comfortable working outdoors, meeting new people, and building relationships.
  • Target Driven: Ability to work under pressure and meet set sales and engagement targets.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences is a plus.
