Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Communicate with customers to address their queries and concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the database.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills.
- A professional attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
