Ensuring proper implementation of training calendar in coordination with AM (HR).
Maintaining 100% error free data regarding training.
Conducting training need analysis of different departments to tackle and address their needs timely.
Entering error free data in HRMS in Learning & Development module.
Preparing different reports regarding Trainings in Nayatel.
Timely collection of feedback and ensuring proper circulation of trainer feedback.
Ensuring 100% attendance during all training sessions.
Proper circulation, collection and data entry of 360 forms and assisting in preparation of final report to be submitted to CEO.
Preparing report on TNA points in 360 and submission to AM(HR).
Assisting AM(HR) in conducting Quarterly Evaluations and Shining Star Activity.
Ensuring proper tagging and timely updating company policies and hierarchy on Community Portal.
Generating the ideas for employees engagement activities and getting them implemented.
