Management of recruitment and retention
Employee relations and conflict management
Management of People and Culture
Implementation of training and development plans
Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
Management of induction and onboarding/offboarding processes
HR Strategic organizational input
Call the candidates and other arrangements for the interview
Check employee compliances
Update all the documentation process of employees in our record
Ensuring compliance with company policy
Provide guidance and assistance to management, and other personnel as needed
Establish and implement orientation and training programs to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties
Nurture a positive working environment
Manage and update employee’s Loan/advances, bonus, Gifts, attendance and salary record.
Manage and supervise the office and admin related tasks to smooth the operations.
Any other task assigned by directors/management.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Large team handling experience shall be mandatory
16 years’ education in HR and related certification
Strong linguistic skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational ability, initiative, and creativity
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to priorities work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work

Salary + Benefits:

Salary (70K to 150K)
