As a Business Development Executive at Mywater, you will be an integral part of our Sales team, responsible for driving B2C and/or B2B sales. The role requires a dynamic individual with the ability to generate leads through personal and social networks, and close deals to achieve personal, team, and organizational business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize personal and social networks to generate leads for B2C and/or B2B sales.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets.
3. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
6. Provide regular updates on sales performance and contribute to team meetings.
7. Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any relevant field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar business development role.
Skills and Attributes:
• A dynamic and energetic individual with the enthusiasm to work in a business development role.
• Strong understanding of B2C and/or B2B sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
• Good networking skills to leverage personal and social connections for lead generation.
