Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets in the camera technology industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify prospects for dealership opportunities.
- Recruit and establish contact with new dealerships in the camera industry.
- Demonstrate strong sales abilities in overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Meet sales targets, manage tasks, and fulfill roles effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and punctuality in job responsibilities.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the camera or electronics industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing electronics.
