We are looking for a Telesales Executive at Mux Pakistan Pvt Ltd, who will be responsible for promoting and selling our product over the phone.
This position is critical for maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring seamless client communication.
You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Calling potential clients and providing exceptional Sales service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present and explain products or services to prospective clients.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What we require:
- Bachelor's degree / Intermediate can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Prior experience of 1 year with customer service and call center in relevant job roles.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.
Timing: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
