Communicate with customers via phone calls, email, and chat (Outbound)
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure the resolution
You will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product
Contact to the provided expected customer list (cold leads/calling) to generate sales and develop into new customers.
Contact with sleep/inactive customers (Outbound)
Contact vendors to fulfill the customer/order requirements
Prepare the quotations and invoices
Placing the orders on relevant platforms & making sure payments
Ensuring that you are on track with sales goals
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Prepare call’s response files
Data entry, customer records in various platforms (like CRM, Google Sheets, etc.)
